Kids Care

Kids Care

Kids love to help kids! It’s proven that children who learn to give to others at an early age will continue to be involved in philanthropy throughout their lives. Kids Care offers students a simple way to help other children by fundraising for Children’s Hospital Foundation through their school. The funds raised help Children’s Hospital Foundation recruit and retain top physician scientists to care for Oklahoma’s critically ill and injured children through genetics, neonatology, pulmonology, hematology/oncology, emergency medicine, etc. Participating schools have the opportunity to introduce leadership development, service learning and community helpers through their fundraising efforts.

Miracle Week:

The students will gather different coin amounts each day of the week to contribue to their classroom box. Top fundraising classroom at the school will receive a party funded by Children's Hospital Foundation.

Monday : Pennies for Pediatrics

Tuesday : Nickels for NICU

Wednesday : Dimes for Diabetes

Thursday : Quarters for Cancer

Friday : Dollars for Doctors

Friends, family and neighbors can all contribute to the classroom and overall school's total. No cash on hand? You can write a check that is tax deductible. Make checks payable to Children's Hospital Foundation (CHF).
